We usually advise a 3-4 week lead time on our products - this is the time it takes to make your order and package it ready for shipping.Shipping time will usually be 2-3 days on top of this, dependant on the speed of the Royal Mail service - occasionally delivery can take a little longer which is unfortunately out of our control.

All designs remain the property of Moose and Bear Design, and may be added to the product range unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Each piece is handcrafted - this may mean that colours and design may differ very slightly from those illustrated, making each piece unique and personal to you!
All floating frame pictures are supplied without hanging fixings - if hanging on the wall, appropriate fixings should be used and the frame should be supported at at least 2 points. Unfortunately Moose and Bear can not take responsibility for any damage caused when hanging or displaying your frame.
Lightboxes are supplied with complimentary spare batteries- when you need to change your batteries, gently open the plastic cover and replace old with new in the same position. The lightboxes are all made from white cardstock, and a small amount of charcoaling is used to define the edges of the cut. Due to the nature of the paper and how it is made, there may occasionally be slight variations, texture or small particles within the paper, which are natural to the product, and only serve to make your item completely unique! Different batches of paper may give a slightly different coloured glow when used with the warm white lights in the lightboxes- some have warmer or cooler look because of the composition of the paper, so may vary slightly from the images on the product listing.
